A post-apocalyptic survival strategy game with RPG elements, created by Polish developer Robot Gentleman Studios. You play as the head of a typical American family, who has to provide for his loved ones in the face of an incoming nuclear war. The game starts 60 seconds before the first explosion, giving you one minute to get to a shelter while grabbing the most essential provisions on the way. In the next phase you have to survive for as long as you can using only the resources you've managed to gather, which often force you to make very tough decisions. Sometimes, you have to decide whose daily rations should be reduced, sometimes how to deal with problems at hand, such as a cockroach infestation. Despite its seemingly grim theme, the game features a rather light-hearted atmosphere, evident e.g. in its comic-like graphics.

Hamilton, and the native local community accusing him of devastating sacred sites in search for more profit. The player is put in the shoes of a detective hired by Hamilton after his chalet in the mountains has been devastated. After his arrival, the protagonist discovers that his employer as well as the entire local community went missing. The gameplay focuses on exploration, finding clues and solving puzzles. However, the game features survival elements as well - the player has to tend to the protagonist's health and face many different dangers, such as low temperatures, predators, etc.

The player is taken to the year 2088, where the world has developed substantially and space flights have become available for everyone. The player takes on the role of Amy Ferrier - a woman who picked up a job at a space station. On her arrival however, it turns out that her new workplace is abandoned and her only contact is the station's on-board computer - ODIN. The AI does not reveal anything about what happened at the station and the protagonist tries to solve the mystery on her own. For the most part, the player explores the station and discovers various secrets that slowly build up a larger picture. Because the game is set in space, the player not only walks here, but also moves up and down in zero-gravity areas. Consequently, one has to look around carefully in search for different valuables or clues.

The expansion is set in the years 58-51 BC and focuses on the titular figure's fight against Gallic tribes. Shortening the time period encompassed by the game resulted in a change to the turn system - instead of 12 months, one turn lasts here 2 weeks. Consequently, seasonal division returns, randomly affecting the course of the playthrough. The new campaign is complemented by new factions added, including the Nervii, the Arverni and the Suebi; also, previously unavailable units were added. Apart from that, the mechanics behind the in-game challenges were altered, a new historical battle was added and a greater emphasis was placed on figures such as Julius Caesar or Marcus Antonius.

The primary novelty is the possibility of interacting with other players who can turn out to be either precious friends or deadly foes. Don’t Starve Together allows us to play both with our friends and with complete strangers. Another appeal of the expansion is the fact that it comes with the previously released DLC, Reign of Giants, which expands the original title with new bioms, enemies, and a full year cycle. The production can be obtained free of charge by all owners of the vanilla game.

A continuation of a wacky 2D platform shooter, which in terms of mechanics resembles classic games such as Contra and the iconic Metal Slug series. Developed by OrangePixel, the game delivers even more chaos caused by countless bullets, enemies, and explosions making it impossible for a player to calmly analyze the situation on the screen. Luckily, throughout consecutive stages, there are numerous first-aid kits, which are able of healing even a nearly dead hero. Completing the main campaign is not very problematic, even though it has been divided into 56 separate levels. A much bigger challenge is posed by the Arcade mode, in which the player (with only one life) is tasked with covering the longest distance possible. The game features a style typical for other games developed by OrangePixel – simple, 2D visuals are not too elaborate, however, because of the dynamic gameplay, the player does not have much time to notice that.

This is the debut production from Axolot Games. The game itself is a multiplayer-focused sandbox mechanic simulator featuring elements of survival. The player takes control of a mechanic sent to a fully automatized agricultural planet to fix and maintain the machines working there. As it soon turns out, the robots inhabiting the planet went insane and the protagonist's task is to make a good use of his knowledge of machines in order to survive the attacks of mechanical enemies. Scrap Mechanic offers two completely different game modes: survival and creative mode. The latter offers pure entertainment and allows us to build machines without having to bother ourselves with threats. The survival mode resembles games such as Rust or Hurtworld, focusing on exploration, resources gathering, building different machines for various purposes, fighting, and cooperating with other players.

The story returns to the same universe - the group of female ninjas are taken to another dimension to take part in a tournament that will allow them to send their loved ones to the afterlife. The game is characteristic for its fast-paced gameplay - the player traverses extensive levels and fights against encountered enemies by employing an extensive combat system, including dodges, counters, and combos. Similarly to its predecessors, the player’s health bar is represented by the heroines’ outfits, which turn to tatters as our character accumulates damage.
