The second paid expansion for Tom Clancy’s The Division, an online action game with RPG elements. Survival, just like the vanilla game, was developed by Ubisoft Massive, a studio experienced with online titles. Similarly to the first add-on, Underground, Survival first debuted on Xbox One and then came out for PC and PlayStation 4 a month later. The Division is a political thriller in which New York is faced with a biological terrorist attack.

An action-adventure game and a spiritual successor to Mega Man Legends, developed by the creators of the original. Red Ash is set on an Earth-like planet, where a long war with intelligent machines pushed the humanity to the brink of extinction. The player assumes the role of an adventurer, who specializes in salvaging remains of an ancient civilization, which can help rebuild human society.

Developed by Digital Dreams Entertainment, Mutant Football League is a spiritual successor to a 1993 game under the same title released on Sega Mega Drive. The nuclear war, which took place years before the events presented in the game, has led to the extinction of the majority of human population. To make things even worse, the cataclysm has caused dead bodies to rise from their graves, demons to leave their underground lairs, and living creatures to mutate.

In the game you play as an experienced warrior, whose mission is to help citizens of a small town repel bandit attacks. Gameplay in Drylands focuses mainly on exploration, gathering items, fighting enemies, and avoiding traps.

A post-apocalyptic adventure game developed by Portugal studio Arkavi. The story of Bonded starts many years after the events during which humanity had fallen prey to the machine rebellion. The main character of the game is Mira, a little girl that spent her whole life in a bunker which protected her from the mechanical enemies. When the bunker inhabitants start dying due to a mysterious illness, girl’s parents go looking for a cure. As one can guess, they don’t return in the appointed time.

The core of the gameplay is nearly identical to that known from Infestation (formerly WarZ), while the decision to create a new franchise was caused by a conflict with the current publisher. We begin with creating our own character and travel through a vast and open world, trying to survive against the hordes of the living dead.

Skyshine Games, whose staff worked on the Darksiders series among others, took the reins of the production. The game is set in the distant future, on Earth - a planet destroyed as a result of scientific experiments gone wrong. The surviving life focuses around two metropolitan areas: Byzantium - a decaying city, and the utopian Aztec City.

A free fan-made 2D web-based game, later published by Bohemia Interactive. The production was based on the survival game DayZ, which in turn was a full-fledged version of an ArmA II mod. In terms of content and mechanics, MiniDayZ is not much different from the original — the game is set in the zombie-infested Chernarus and you, as one of the survivors, are trying to last as long as your can in the hostile world.

Skytorn is an action-adventure platform game developed by Noel Berry, an independent Canadian developer who was involved in the development of such games as Night in the Woods and TowerFall: Ascension. Skytorn takes us to a post-apocalyptic world where what was left of mankind lives on islands drifting above the clouds. Search for the lost, survival-ensuring artifacts of the past led many adventurers to the underground dungeons. Our protagonist is one of them.

We are talking about a beat 'em up platform skill, characterized by two-dimensional graphics in an interesting style and postapocalyptic realities. As Preston Trencher, a former bodyguard, we cross the underground city and eliminate dozens of opponents standing on our way to revenge.

A post-apocalyptic role-playing game by TallTech Studio. It is set in a grim world, in which radiation is not the only threat — one has to be wary also of looter gangs and mutated animals. Mechanics-wise, Krai Mira is similar to classic Fallout games. The game utilizes an isometric view, and the feeling of déja vu is only strengthened by the mostly brown color palette.

Auto Warriors is a game set in a post-apocalyptic universe. This is a mobile turn-based strategy, a debut of Gunjin Games. The players take a seat inside heavily armed cars, taking part in a ruthless competition on arenas designed solely for this purpose. The gameplay features an unusual turn-based system, where the players, during short, couple-of-seconds-long breaks, make their moves (all players at the same time), and then the moves are executed (also simultaneously).
