The player assumes the role of a captain of an advanced submarine, and explores the depths of the ocean.

The player is put in the shoes of Paul Prospero - a detective who has developed certain paranormal abilities. The protagonist tries to solve the mystery behind the vanishing of a young boy. The player traverses an extensive, open world - the game is non-linear and the player is free to explore and look for subsequent clues.

Its story revolves around the disaster of the famous ocean liner, which sunk in 1912 with hundreds of people on board.
