In the game, we assume the role of the Postal Dude who hits the streets with an intent of murdering anyone who happens to stand, walk, or sit in his way. The title offers several various levels, in which the innocent civilians will be slaughtered with a vast arsenal of weapons of different caliber and purpose. The new version is powered by Unreal Engine 4, which translates into incomparably better graphics, prettier locations, and more detailed character models. It also offers a cooperation mode. Yet another joke simulation game, a genre which, contrary to any logical reasoning, keeps gaining crowds of fans. The hero of this game, developed by an independent team at Bossa Studios, is a slice of bread, and the player’s job is to take it all the way to a toaster. Gameplay mechanics in I Am Bread are pretty complex, the biggest difficulty being controlling all four corners of the toast separately. With these mechanics the “hero” can perform simple moves on any flat surface. The game is played in various rooms, and in order to get the toast to its ultimate destination you can make use of various types of house equipment, e.g. a fan, which makes for an excellent catapult. While playing, you must also supervise two essential statistics of the bread: its edibility and deliciousness. Too much dirt can make the toast completely inedible.

Strategy, City Builder, Economic, Singleplayer, Social Networking, Free-to-play.

A mobile free-to-play strategy game. It is a spin-off of the cult series of economic simulators developed by EA Maxis. Similarly to the full-fledged entries in the series, the player assumes the role of a mayor of a virtual city. Their task is to secure the expansion of the metropolis and the happiness of its inhabitants while also maintaining the budget. During the game the player is raising new buildings, creating power lines and collecting taxes. The gameplay mechanics are slightly different as building each house requires delivering enough materials produced by factories and commercial buildings. Each decision must be taken with the budget and happiness in mind, and each wrong action can have bad consequences to the whole agglomeration. Additionally, the game is a subject to typical limitations of the free-to-play model – each construction and production process requires the player to wait a specific amount of time.

Developed by an experienced studio Natsume, Godzilla is a third-person action game featuring one of the most famous film monsters. This game is set 60 years after the events in the cult movie from 1950s. The reborn Godzilla reappears in order to obtain more G-Energy, which is essential for the monster’s evolution. In the Destruction Mode the players must traverse 20 locations in search of G-Energy generators. As you absorb it the monster grows and gains new abilities, thus increasing its chances against G-Force squads and bosses (i.e. other movie monsters). The game presents a truly cinematic scope and is enriched by lots of treats for fans of the cult franchise. The next-gen version lets you play not only as Godzilla, but also as any of the monsters appearing in the game. The developer also prepared a new game mode and multiplayer gameplay.

A sandbox real-time strategy game featuring survival elements. It was developed by Facepunch Studios, a team popular for Garry's Mod and Rust. The player is taken to prehistoric times in order to command a tribe of cavemen trying to survive. The gameplay consists of searching for food and basic resources, such as wood or stone, and gathering animal skins. The materials can be used to construct buildings and craft different items. Both the dynamically changing weather and the annual cycle have a significant impact on each playthrough. The player's subordinates are exposed to different threats, such as predators, forces of nature and hostile tribes. Thus real-time combat is an equally important part of the game. As the tribe develops, the number of cavemen increases, they establish a hierarchy, a culture and even a system of beliefs over time.

A science-fiction, first-person action adventure game created by the Fullbright Company - a developer popular for Gone Home. The player is taken to the year 2088, where the world has developed substantially and space flights have become available for everyone. The player takes on the role of Amy Ferrier - a woman who picked up a job at a space station. On her arrival however, it turns out that her new workplace is abandoned and her only contact is the station's on-board computer - ODIN. The AI does not reveal anything about what happened at the station and the protagonist tries to solve the mystery on her own. For the most part, the player explores the station and discovers various secrets that slowly build up a larger picture. Because the game is set in space, the player not only walks here, but also moves up and down in zero-gravity areas. Consequently, one has to look around carefully in search for different valuables or clues.

Puzzle, Indie Games, Singleplayer.

The third installment in a very popular series of mobile logic games, created by Finnish studio Fireproof Games. Both in terms of the story and the gameplay mechanics The Room Three is a successor of the first two parts of the series. At the same time gameplay was significantly expanded. Each chapter offers a sequence of puzzles scattered across adjacent rooms, where you proceed as you successfully overcome in-game obstacles. This makes The Room Three somewhat similar to classic logic adventure games, like the cult Myst. Interactions with individual pieces of puzzles are once again based on functionality of the touch screen, however, some new options were introduced when it comes to controls. The Room Three also offers a very useful hint system. What remained unchanged are: the game’s unique atmosphere and impressive, at least for a mobile game, graphics.
