The player takes on the role of an office worker (Jo Bless or Anne Employed), who tries to make his boss's life miserable by all possible means. The creators prepared 21 levels of the game, where you have to demonstrate, among other things, the ability to devastate computer equipment, clog the toilet bowl and spill coffee.

Players have the opportunity to test their reflections by bouncing the ball rolling on one of the three available pinball tables. The title was developed with attention to the details of the visual setting and a realistic physics model.

The story is set in a colorful fantasy world, where the player gets to lead a team of three characters: a wizard, a knight and a thief. Using a mysterious device called Trine, they must save the kingdom from the undead. The gameplay mechanics were inspired by classic platformers.
