The action of the game takes place in Taiwan during the 1960s, in the middle of martial law that lasted 37 years. We are taken to Greenwood, a high-school placed in a mountainous area. The players assume the role of two students who discover that the school became inhabited by wicked monsters known from local legends.

An action-adventure game developed by independent studio Any Arts Production for Nintendo Switch. Seasons of Heaven is based on a novel written by Nico Augusto. The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic world and focuses on a group of survivors who are trying to stay alive in a dangerous environment. The player controls two characters: Yannem, a boy with Asperger’s syndrome, and Ani, his faithful dog companion.

Creeping Terror is a 2D survival horror where we play as Arisa, a Japanese high school student, who, together with her friends, ends up in a haunted mansion in order to verify the stories told about it. After entering the residence, the entire group passes out and later wakes up in a sinister cave. Our job is to find a way out and survive. Action in Creeping Terror is presented from a side-scrolling perspective.

While playing, we are taken to the Japan of 1999, and our task is to solve cases of mysterious murders.

Similarly to its predecessor, the game uses full motion video technology that utilizes interactive video footage with real actors. The developers of the remaster have cleaned up ninety minutes of the recordings used in the original game and they created a new interface that supports FullHD resolution.

The protagonist suffers from amnesia and the only way to reveal his mysterious past is to follow a strange voice. The hints it drops lead the hero to eerie places which reflect his own memories distorted by an unknown, evil force. The action is presented from the first-person perspective.

Though the game debuted on mobile devices, it also came out for PC and consoles a year later. Matt, the protagonist, is a young student of mathematics, who tries to make some money as a car park guard. He gets charged with stealing Chinese porcelain from an auction house in London.
