The fourth Infected Swarm mission in They Are Billions during which you will protect yourself from the waves of infected. This stage is unlocked after completing The Coast of Bones. This one is located east of that mission. This chapter contains a walkthrough and tips for this rather difficult type of missions.

How to start: unlocked after completing The Coast of Bones

Mission objective:

1. Destroy all infected.
2. Survive all the hordes.

The mission

Place units around the building in 2-3 rows.

1. Use all Empire Points to hire Soldiers and set them around the main building (Outpost) in 2-3 rows.
2. After the mission starts, wait until the enemies come from all sides - the Soldiers should be able to deal with them without problems. Only single units will be able to get close to your units.
3. If one of the frontlines do better (they eliminate enemies as soon as they get in their range), move some of the units to another location to support that frontline.

Tips

After a while, most of the Soldiers will become a veteran. This will make the mission much easier.

Below, you can find a few tips:

1. You have to kill 10,000 enemies, but they are all the slow type - Soldiers are perfect for this task.
2. Don't waste points on Rangers - enemies move slowly so you won't be able to distract their attention with Rangers. Also, when it comes to combat abilities, they are worse than Soldiers.
3. The same goes for barricades - you don't have to place them. Enemies are approaching from all sides, there is also a lack of narrow passages in which you could block them.
