Developed by The House of Fables and Artifex Mundi, Eventide 3: Legacy of Legends is a HOPA game. Players follow the adventures of a botanist Mary Gilbert, who has to rescue her brother kidnapped by an evil sorcerer. Unfortunately, the antagonist not only poses a threat to the main protagonist's brother but also to the entire world, and the only chance of stopping him lies in Mary and her companion Aitwara – a house spirit. On their adventure, the player gets to travel to a fantasy land of Clouders, located on the other side of the rainbow. The gameplay formula does not deviate much from the one featured in other HOPA games and requires the player to visit consecutive locations and look for hidden objects. The game is relatively easy; however, in case of any difficulties, one can use the hint system. Another aspect, which diversifies the experience is the set of various logic puzzles. Eventide 3: Legacy of Legends delivers high-quality visuals.

A surreal adventure game, in which the player assumes the role of a musically gifted traveler. On one of his adventures, his machine breaks down; however, there is still hope. If he manages to pull off a concert, he might attract some new means of transport. The gameplay in Beat The Game revolves around ideas similar to those featured in classic adventure games. The player is tasked with exploring numerous locations and looking for valuable items, which can be used to obtain sounds, as one can e.g. hit an empty beverage can with a stick and get a hi-hat. The sounds can be also obtained from creatures, flying figures, and encountered characters. Upon collecting several sounds, one has to combine them using a mixer. This way, the player pushes the story forward, unlocks consecutive cutscenes and gets access to new locations. Developed by Worm Animation, Beat The Game is not a very long game, as one can complete it in less than an hour.

The game takes the player into the future, in which they assume the role of a participant of futuristic sports matches. During each match, the player gets to drive one of the available vehicles and together with other players is tasked with destroying the opponents’ towers. In order to do this, one can utilize diversified features of their machines - some of them to fix, others to deal damage, etc. Moreover, during the game, small robots called mobs appear on the map to distract and attack the enemies. These robots should be protected, as they are the key to success. Nonetheless, one has to destroy the enemy mobs. Switchblade has been based on Unreal Engine, the same technology utilized in the production of Gears of War 4. The game is available as free-to-play.

The second attempt at refreshing 1996 title Exile III: Ruined World (after 2002 Avernum 3). Avernum 3: Ruined World takes the player to a fantasy world which is currently at the brink of a disaster. The player controls a group of daredevils that manage to escape the underground prison after a long fight against the forces of an evil Empire. Having reached the surface, the characters discover that their world has been invaded by monsters. It soon turns out that they have to cooperate with their enemy, the Empire, in order to put an end to the threat posed by the monsters. Mechanics-wise, Avernum 3 is an old-school RPG with a turn-based combat system. The player creates a team of four characters and develops their skills to one's liking alongside progression. Dozens of towns and dungeons are waiting for the player - their fate depends both on the player's actions and attacks of the monsters. Avernum 3: Ruined World offers a minimalistic graphic style patterned after isometric RPGs from the last century.

During the game the player is exploring the world, speaking to non-playable characters, completing quests and fighting enemies by using an action-based combat system. There are three characters in the party, each with different special skills. The player controls only one of them while the remaining two are controlled by artificial intelligence. It is possible to freely switch between the characters. Compared to the original game, the remake features new three-dimensional graphics and improved soundtrack. The developers dubbed all dialogues and improved some gameplay mechanics.

During the game the player is slowly improving his unit by upgrading its statistics and by unlocking better functions. The controls and aiming are action-focused and the battles are very fast-paced. There are bases of both sides on the map – destroying opponent’s command center is one of the ways for achieving victory. Another way is to take over all control points. There are radar stations on the battlefields, conquering them enables the player to check enemy movement. There are research structures as well - they enable the player to upgrade their tank faster.

Using all of them is required in order to win – in single player mode by switching between the characters and in cooperation mode by communicating and cooperating with other players. Caveman Warriors features colorful, cartoonish graphics that fit well with the large dose of humor present in the game. The title also features hidden levels and a challenge system.

Only the bravest warriors from the entire universe participate in it. They are tasked with hunting for various creatures that live in space. When joining the tournament, the player is selecting their character. The participants vary in looks, combat potential and special abilities. The action is shown from a top-down perspective and concentrates on traveling through the space and fighting enemies, including giant bosses. The game features a large variety of weapons and the possibility to improve equipment with special runic modifiers. Since the game is a roguelike, dying is permanent and the levels are procedurally generated.

A new edition of the franchise's classic installment. Along with Pokemon Gold, the game constitutes the so-called second generation of the main video game series. The original version had its debut in Japan in 1999, and was released for Game Boy Color. More than fifteen years later, the game returns, coming out for Nintendo 3DS. Pokemon Silver is set in a fictional world inhabited by the titular creatures. The player takes on the role of a beginner Pokemon trainer. Their goals are to catch all the species of monsters and to defeat the best trainers. Compared with the first generation, the game introduces a lot of novelties, such as a new region (completely new Pokemon can be found here), a day-night cycle, additional items, as well as Pokemon breeding mechanics. The core of the experience remained unchanged however, as the player explores the game world viewed from above, talks to NPCs, catches new Pokemon and competes against the encountered trainers. All of this is conveyed by 16-bit visuals complemented by music composed by Jun'ichi Masuda. Contrary to the original version, the edition for 3DS gives an opportunity to both play and exchange with others via the local wireless network. Additionally, the game supports the PokeBank application, so the player can transfer their subordinates to new installments of the series.

The core gameplay remained unchanged, so we explore the world from top-down view, interacting with NPCs, catching pokemon and engaging in turn-based battles against trainers we meet. All of this is presented in 16-bit colored visuals, complemented with music by Jun'ichi Masuda. Additionally, the game supports local wireless and PokeBank application, the latter letting us transfer our pokemon to newer games from the series.

Developed by the Polish developer Vivid Games, Space Pioneer is a mobile action game with numerous RPG elements. The game takes the players to a distant future, in which they assume the role of a bounty hunter traversing the space in search for opportunities to earn for a living. As one might easily guess, this type of career forces the main protagonist to face multiple threats lurking on the surfaces of various planets. The player observes the action from the top-down perspective. Gameplay is divided into a number of short missions, during which, apart from completing the main objectives, the player eliminates entire hordes of various adversaries - these include both minor enemies and the much more powerful bosses. To fight the latter ones, one has to utilize a gradually improved arsenal of firearms. The entire experience is well complemented by the character development system, allowing the player to expand their character's weapons and combat abilities.

Hiveswap is an adventure game based on the popular webcomic Homestuck. It was financed though a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, gathering almost 2.5 million dollars. Initially, the game was to be developed by two studios: What Pumpkin, founded by Andrew Hussie, the creator of the original comic, and Odd Gentlemen. The main protagonist of the game is Lance, the pilot of the Blue Lion – one of the five machines that are part of the titular Voltron, a giant, unstoppable robot. During his space adventures the protagonist discovers an abandoned ship and accidentally releases an ancient power that threatens the entire universe. Now he must stop this mysterious power. In DreamWorks Voltron VR Chronicles the action is presented by using a first-person perspective. The main pillar of the game lies in space battles fought by using the aforeentioned Blue Lion. In addition to that, during the missions the player solves environmental riddles and participates in events related to the story. The game was developed for virtual reality goggles. The player can observe their surroundings by moving their head and the controller movement represents the protagonist’s hands. This enables the player to manipulate their surroundings and control the robot in space. The graphics that use the style of the TV series are a characteristic trait of the game.
