Location: The Alta street in the Downtown Vinewood district, i.e. the Northern part of Los Santos.
Locate a small bus used for city tours used in Vinewood (one of Los Santos districts). You can get into the bus and wake part in such a tour (the cost amounts to 40 dollars) but, it will take place only if this service is available at that specific moment (otherwise you need to try again later).
