GTA 5: Minute Man Blues

Location: This mission becomes available some time after the completion of the optional An American Welcome mission. This time around, you need to meet up with a wrongly arrested person, and they are in a small town in the North-Western portion of the map (the above screenshot).
As a repentance for the previous sins, you will have to neutralize Joe and Josef. As a result, go to the farm located to the North-east of the starting point of this mission. After you get there, first stop near Josef. Use the stun gun on him, and kill him.
Get into the car and prepare yourself to start your pursuit after Joe, who will drive a tractor out of the barn. Try to stop the tractor before it leaves the premises of the farm, by firing at the vehicle from your car. Quickly, get out of the car and start chasing after Joe. Also in this case, it would be good to stun him with the stun gun and shoot.
Rewards for the completion of the mission: none
Requirements for the completion of the mission in 100%:
- What Goes Around... - you need to use the stun gun on both Joe and Josef before you murder them.
- No Migration -You cannot allow neither Joe nor Josef to leave the farm.
