GTA 5: Yoga guide, tips
This section of the Grand Theft Auto V game guide describes yoga. We explain how to do it in GTA 5 and how to properly assume the positions displayed on the screen.

Training yoga contains three position. If you break position in the middle, you can begin it again up to three times. To perform an exercise, choose proper direction on the analog and then hold it.
Then, holding analogs, you have to press simultaneously both triggers to breath in and then release them to breath out.
After that, you begin a new exercise and you have to move analogs one more time (remember, you can't release those when you move them), hold them and again breath in and breath out. Process is repeated until Michael finishes his position.
