Dunk Lords (PC)
Sports 30 November 2019
An arcade sport game from Story Fort studio, offering a truly peculiar version of basketball. Creators of Dunk Lords were inspired by unusual sports games from the previous century, mainly the NBA Jam series. Instead of regular basketball matches, we receive a spectacular and quite brutal game, in which two teams of five players use supernatural powers. We can choose from sixteen diversified players (both humans and strange mutants), each with unique talents. They can also attack opponents, which more often than not turns out to be more important than scoring points. As if that wasn’t enough to heat up the game, playgrounds themselves are filled with obstacles and traps. Dunk Lords offers story campaign in single player and cooperative variants, as well as multiplayer for up to four people.
90 Minute Fever (PC)
A MMO football manager that is the debut title from studio Isokron. In contrast to typical games of the genre, such as Football Manager, the game focuses only on duels between the players. The game allows one to create its own club from scratch and then to lead it to conquer the football world by deciding the team's roster and tactics, and managing all the key aspects of the club's activities. The game focuses on interactions between players, both directly, by playing matches, and indirectly, by influencing economy. One of the interesting features is the Time Portal system that allows us to bring real players from the past to join the team. In contrast to other online managers, 90 Minute Fever doesn’t require one to slowly climb the career ladder. From the very beginning it allows experienced players to challenge themselves in other modes. The game lacks any pay-to-win features, but playing requires a monthly subscription.

Sociable Soccer (PC)
A sports game described as a spiritual successor to Sensible Soccer. It was developed by Tower Studios, led by Jon Hare, former creative director of the aforementioned series and the co-founder of the once famous Sensible Software. The gameplay of Sociable Soccer is focused on fast and purely arcade football matches in which the player’s skill is the most important factor, although it is possible to switch footballers, set formation, tactics, and so on. There are over 500 clubs with over 10 thousand footballers, except that their surnames are slightly altered due to the lack of the official FIFA license. Apart from classic single-player quick matches and leagues, the developers put great emphasis on multiplayer and social aspect. Visually, the game cannot compete with the latest football productions but it features the characteristic style and atmosphere of the classic installments of the Sensible Soccer series.
Football Tactics (PC)
Produced by Ukrainian studio Creoteam, a soccer game that combines elements of a virtual team manager with turn-based strategy. In the beginning of the game, you create your own club, and help it win the championship through a series of victories. Matches are played out in turn-based system, in which you give commands to your players, a formula quite unusual for this genre. In each turn you can execute up to 3 actions, and every action takes a number of movement points. Despite its innovativeness, Football Tactics features typical management options as well, requiring you to take care of the club’s budget, personnel, and infrastructure, as well as player recruitment and training. As Football Tactics is an unlicensed product, it features only fictional clubs and players.
Windjammers 2 (PC)

Broomstick League (PC)
Sports March 2020
A game in which we take part in a fictional sport competition modelled on Quidditch, known from the Harry Potter series. The production is spectacular and offers the possibility to play in single and multiplayer modes. It was created by an independent Virtual Basement studio.
A sports game with a minimalist style, inspired by the arcade 8-bit games. The game is marked by an unusual production process – the final form of the game has been developed thanks to the suggestions from the fans, who unceasingly provided the developers from Other Ocean with their ideas, while the developers have brought them into existence. The game puts a strong emphasis on the multiplayer experience. Players compete against each other in an arena, and they are tasked with putting the ball in the opponent’s goal. The gameplay somewhat resembles a futuristic crossover of basketball, soccer, and BomberMan. The players can face each other in two configurations – 1 vs 1, and 4 vs 4. Most importantly, the ‘no holds barred’ rule applies during the game, which means nothing is standing on one’s way to knock the opponent down, blow up a considerable part of the arena, or use a jetpack. The whole situation gets even more complicated by the fact that each goal is scored on a scale from 1 to 5, depending on the shooting position and the number of acquired multipliers. The game works with Twitch, allowing the players to stream their matches, during which the audience can influence the result of the game, e.g. by activating certain power-ups. #IDARB also features an editing tool for any new pieces of content.
