Risen 3 Titan Lords: Better Safe Than Sorry
How to unlock the quest: through conversation with Miamiti.
Quest giver: Miamiti (point 12 on the map).

Examine one of the smaller ledges (cross the rope bridge) located in the North-Eastern part of the natives village (point 12 on the map) - thanks to that, you will be able to find Miamiti. Speak with her - during the conversation you will learn, that the girl wants to leave the village and join the pirates located on the beach. You can now help her to make that plan a reality.

You can only decide to help Miamiti run away from the village after you've completed the side quest called "Booze's Befuddled Mind", or to be more specific, after restoring Booze's senses. Meet with Miamiti during the nightly hours (use the bed if you don't want to wait) and confirm that you are ready to begin the march.

According to the information you've received from Miamiti, you can't allow the guards from the village to spot you. Therefore, don't even think about going through the main entrance to the village, but, after crossing a number of rope bridges, look around for an alternative descent from the hill (point 12a on the map). It's not guarded by anyone.
Note - in the further part of the game you can be question about Miamiti by Kamil, who is guarding the main bridge leading to the village. You can either tell him the truth about helping the girl, or simply lie (resulting in positive / negative soul points).

After descending the hill, head towards the pirates beach (point 12b on the map). If you haven't yet secured both sections of the jungle, be prepared to encounter several monsters along the wait - try to protect Miamiti at all costs. After reaching the destination, listen to the conversation, in which the girl will thank the Nameless Hero for helping her out.
