How to unlock the quest: through conversation with Bones (at any given moment).

Quest giver: Bones

Patty can be found on a small island, neighboring Kila.

This quest can be activated in any given moment and place. You can add the quest to your journal by speaking with Bones in any moment you like, as well as by speaking with the pirates located on the beach, on the Kila Island. Patty is hiding on a small island, located to the North of the mentioned beach (jump into the water and swim all the way to the island). Approach Patty to start a short cutscene.
