Way to unlock the quest: Talk to Venturo.

Quest giver: Venturo (point 2 on the map)

Confirm that you want to go to the Inquisitors' staying place

You can unlock this quest after you complete the side quest "The Terror of the East", i.e. after you have dealt with one of the soul eaters and found Rodrigo's corpse. Talk to Venturo again, who should be staying in the encampment (point 2 on the map). Confirm that you want to go, with Venturo to the Inquisitors staying place, on the nearby hill.

Follow Venturo and take the path to the South. Soon, you will reach your destination (point 2a on the map) and this short quest will be completed..

Note - from now on, you can exchange goods with Venturo and ask him to train you. You will always find Venturo in the Northern part of the Inquisitors' encampment.
