How to unlock this quest: Speak to Faruco.

Inquire Horas about people you need to meet and places where you can find them

You can unlock this quest after you will complete the crew quest named "A Friendly Turn" and you will meet Faruco on the Taranis Island after you will be asked to do so by Horas. Faruco will give you a quest. You need to deliver Rock Crystals to mages. At first you should go to Horas and inquire him about guards that were sent to bring the Crystals and where you can find them (choose every dialogue option from the list). It will allow you to determine that you have to visit Calador, Kila Island and Antigua Island.

Notice! From now on you can deliver to Horas every Rock Crystal that you will find. For each one of them he will pay you 100 gold pieces. However I recommend to keep them in your inventory since in the further part of the game you will be able to use them for the interesting quest which you can take from Faruco.

You can find Cisco in the tavern or toward south of it

You can visit guards sent to find the Rock Crystals in any order you would like. I suggest to start with a visit in Calador and to look for Cisco. This character should initially stand next to a gravestone toward south of the tavern however if you completed the quest named "Peace and Quiet" or "A Big Haul" then Cisco will be waiting inside the tavern instead. Speak with him and he will give you 5 Rock Crystals (you will also receive 100 Glory Points).

Go to the little island located near to Kila Island

Now swim to Kila Island. You are looking for a guard named Leonardo. You can find him on a much smaller island located toward the northwest of the Kila Island (in the same place you can for example find Patty). Again all you need to do is to speak with Leonardo and to take from him 5 Rock Crystals (you will also receive 100 Glory Points).

You will find Ramon in the port town or near the road leading to it

The last place you need to visit is Antigua Island where you can find a guard named Ramon. If this is your first visit in this place then you can find Ramon near the main road leading to the port town. From the other hand if you have met Ramon earlier and you helped him got into the port you will be able to find him next to the warehouse located in the west part of the town. Speak to Ramon and tell him about resources that you need. This way you will get 3 Rock Crystals (you will also receive 100 Glory Points).

Now you can return to Taranis Island and speak to Horas. Your interlocutor tells you that he will deliver your Crystals by himself and this way your quest will be completed.

Notice! Nevertheless I recommend to speak to the mage Faruco once again since he will unlock a new quest for the Nameless Hero.
