How to unlock the quest: through conversation with Hardwick.

Quest giver: Hardwick (point 14 on the map)

Press the keys / buttons in accordance to the icons shown on the screen.

You will have to wait until Hardwick decides to go to the tavern in the mages camp and will stop by the arm-wrestling table (point 14 on the map). It should occur about halfway through the day, and if you don't want to wait, you can always use the bed to fast-forward time. After initiating a conversation with the man, you can propose Hardwick to take part in an arm-wrestling mini-game, putting 300 Gold at stake at the same time. The arm-wrestling mini-game is rather simple. In the very beginning you just have to press the appropriate keys / buttons in accordance to the icons shown on the sides of the screen (in the case of the PC version of the game, you will have to use movement keys - WSAD). At some point in time, you will have to rhythmically press a single, selected key / button. If you press the key / button a sufficient number of times, you will win the mini-game.
