How to unlock this quest: Speak to Wilson (on Taranis Island).

Deliver the ring to Grace

You could unlock this quest during your visit on Taranis Island during a conversation with Wilson in the Citadel of the Demon Hunters. This blacksmith asked the Nameless Hero to deliver the engagement ring (the same as in the quest's name) to the lady of his heart. Her name is Grace and you can find her in the central part of the port town (map location 4). After you will speak to her you may give her the Wilson's Engagement Ring (you will receive 200 Glory Points). She will thank you and ask you to deliver to Wilson her note (Grace's Message). It will unlock the new side quest.

Notice! If you didn't unlock this quest earlier and you will speak to Grace first she will ask your hero to speak with Wilson and the quest will take you more time.
