How to unlock the quest: through conversation with Nergal.

Quest giver: Nergal (point 16 on the map)

A descent leading to the basement.

A mage called Nergal can be found in the basement of the main mages building (point 16 on the map), and the descent leading to the basement is located below the main stairs. During the conversation the main character will be asked by the mage to find and deliver several rare herbs, which apparently cannot be collected by the gnomes working for the mage.

Note - Nergal is an ability trainer, as well as a dealer.

Your task is to locate Taranis Herb (which can be seen on the screenshot presented above). The mentioned herbs are growing around the lake located in the central section of the island (point 16b on the map). Depending on your personal preferences, you can either look for them on your own, or help yourself with the map markers (set the quest as active). To complete the quest you must find at least 5 of those herbs (100 Glory Points). There's plenty more of them in the area, but it's not required to collect more than 5 pieces.

Afterwards, go all the way back to Nergal and deliver the herbs, which will reward you with a... banana. It's necessary to speak with the mage again to receive a proper reward.

• Recipe for Alchemist's Liquor
