How to unlock: Talk to Wells.

The best way to obtain the scroll is to steal it

This quest can be started after joining the Guardians. In order to unlock it, talk to Wells. He spends most of the time near the target board (number 13 on the map), but he might be in a different part of the camp as well. From the conversation, you will learn that Wells has the Rust spell, which is helpful in opening locks. The spell can be obtained in several ways:

• Steal from Wells - It is the best variant, but you have to have at least 40 points in Pickpocketing.
• Intimidate Wells - The man won't respond with aggression and will lower the price of the scroll to 5 magic crystals.
• Pay Wells for the scroll - You have to give him 15 magic crystals.

Rewards:

• 100 glory points
• Scroll of Rust
• 50 gold (only if you decided to steal from Wells)
