How to unlock the quest: through conversation with Harry.

Quest giver: Harry (point 6 on the map)

You can find Harry on the beach.

After reaching the pirates beach locate Harry (point 6 on the map) and speak with him. During the conversation, Harry will ask the Nameless Hero to find his buddy named Douglas, who went missing in some unexplained circumstances. Harry believes that it was Booze who murdered Douglas, but he has no proof to support his thesis.

Note - Harry is also an ability trainer, as well as a merchant.

The spiders cave entrance.

Depending on your personal preferences, you can ask the people around the pirates beach about Douglas, or depart on a search mission immediately. There are several paths leading to his place of residence. I would recommend going through the spiders cave. The entrance to the mentioned caves can be found to the South-East of the pirates encampment on the beach (point 6a on the map).

Watch out for the bigger spiders.

As it can be expected, you will run into several kinds of spiders inside of the caves. As far as the elimination of "normal" Rock Spiders, or Jungle Spiders won't cause you any problems, you must watch out for the bigger and stronger ones. During your encounter with Grave Spiders and Large Jungle Spiders you must remember about dodging their attacks (especially to avoid getting hit by their acid spit) and keeping your distance away from them.

Douglas' body is located near the Eastern exit.

You must reach the Easternmost exit of the spiders cave, because it's precisely where you will stumble upon the dead body of Douglas (point 6b on the map). (100 Glory Points). Taking advantage of the opportunity, collect a pair of scrolls (Healing, Crystal Torch) lying by the body. You can now go all the way back to Harry (point 6 on the map) and pass the bad news. Harry will also suggest to inform Booze about Douglas' fate, but it's not required to do so and you won't be rewarded in any way for doing so.
