The action is set in 2241, 80 years after the events of the first game. The player assumes the role of a chosen one, who is tasked by the village elders with finding the G.E.C.K, a device capable of restoring the world after the nuclear apocalypse. We will have to gather resources, build and upgrade buildings, create a power grid, and so on. Hordes of zombies are a constant threat that we will face. The game's engine allows the presence of up to 20 thousand zombies at a time.
