- Starting location: a rooftop in the Garrison district, from an old lady

Rewards for completing the quest

Find the old woman's medicine
Go to the apartment building in the Garrison district. The room where the Renegades are is on the ground floor. Kill all the infected and examine the corpse by the wall.
Return to the old woman
After finding the medicine return to the old lady who'll be waiting by the Teak Windmill. During the conversation you can lie and pretend to be her grandson or remind her your name. Regardless of your decision, the quest ends in the same way.
