- Starting location: in the artist's Workshop in the New Dawn Park district; you'll get the quest from Andy

Rewards for completing the quest
- One-handed weapon: Can opener
Kill the Goon mentioned by Andy
Go to the designated location in the Garrison district. Goon, a Goliath type of enemy, will be on the street with a few ordinary monsters. Get rid of the weaker enemies first, and then kill the Goon.
Collect the Goon's blood
After winning the fight, examine the Goon's body to obtain his blood.
Bring the blood to Andy
Once you get the Goon's blood, return to Andy for your reward.
