The quest will be unlocked after completing the Book Club 1 side quest.

Rewards for completing the quest

Talk to Thalia about the next batch of books.

Talk to Thalia in the library located in the Peacekeepers' headquarters. The woman will ask you to bring four books to her.

Find books in the abandoned office

Go to New Dawn Park. Enter the office through one of the broken windows.

One of the books is on a bookcase and the other is on a shelf next to the white wardrobe.

Find books in the apartment

The entrance to the apartment in the Muddy Grounds district can be found on the second floor of the building.

One of the books is on a wooden bookshelf, the other is on a desk.

Bring the books to Albert

When you have collected all four books, go back to the library in the Peacekeepers' headquarters and talk to Albert.
