1. Starting location: the rooftop on the border of The Wharf and Downtown, from an old man
2. Recommended character level: 3

Rewards for completing the quest

1. XP - combat: 1500
2. XP - parkour: 1500
3. UV Bar

Go to rescue ''Mia''

Head to the military building in the Downtown district. Go through a hole in the wall into the room filled with Renegades and kill them all.

Stand on the yellow plank in one of the rooms, turn around and look up. Jump to the upper floor and open the grate in the door to free the girl. Kill the Renegades that arrive and leave the building.

Meet the girl at the windmill

Meet the girl at the Walnut Windmill in Downtown. During the conversation you'll have to make a choice:

1. Lie and pretend to be the old man's grandson, which will reward you with 3 UV Bars;
2. or tell the truth, granting you only one UV Bar.
