Examine the map Raheem's standing next to.

Find the fake Sparker cards

One of the cards is in a building near the border of Trinity and Horseshoe. Get on the roof and go down to the lower level. Walk under the planks and quietly eliminate all the infected. There's a Howler in the building which means a horde of enemies will attack you if you alert it.

The card is on a chest of drawers on the first floor.

The second card is in Jack and Joe's camp, in the Horseshoe district.

Bring the fake Sparker cards to Raheem

Return to Raheem and claim your reward.
