Feathered Priest - Lu Bingzhang in a nutshell

1. The first piece of advice we have for you is to make sure you equip armor that protects you against Corruption. Feathered Priest will try to poison you throughout the fight, which is one of his most dangerous attacks.
2. The boss's stance can be shaken very easily, e.g. when fighting with an axe, two quick attacks will make him stagger for a moment and fly back. Therefore, after two attacks, do not end the series of blows; instead, run up to him and keep attacking.
3. The boss has quite a high resistance to magic attacks, so it will be better to save Skyborn Might for special weapon techniques.
4. Feathered Priest signals his attacks well. You need to dodge when things start to glow, e.g., his red projectile, or when a more powerful fire is created on his weapon.

Feathered Priest - Lu Bingzhang's attacks

1. Throwing a red projectile - this is how the boss might start the fight. He flies into the air, and after a moment, he throws a red projectile, which will explode upon impact with the ground, dealing damage.

How to fight the Feathered Priest - Lu Bingzhang

After receiving two attacks with a heavier weapon, e.g., an axe, this boss should fly backwards. Fortunately, the jump doesn't take him too far; you can pin the enemy to the wall with 2 attacks and then quickly dash towards him. Longsword should also work well in this case.

His punches are often well signaled. There will usually be some flash, such as when throwing a red projectile or when igniting a flame upon landing. When you notice it, you should immediately dodge. This will give you Skyborn Might and you can use it to strengthen your attacks or use spells.

Be sure not to let your Corruption status fill up, as you will then take damage over time. If you're worried it might happen, try to stock up on healing items that heal over time or those that eliminate this undesirable effect.
