Wuchang Fallen Feathers: How to defeat Vermilion Feathers Honglan?

Vermilion Feathers - Honglan is the main boss you will encounter in Doomwillow Beach. This is another encounter with Honglan, but this time with the version that has contracted feathering disease. Vermilion Feathers - Honglan in a nutshell

1. Even though the boss is Honglan, whom you should already know, her attacks are completely different. Therefore, you will have to learn how to fight the boss again.
2. Vermilion Feathers - Honglan attacks very often with her sword (stab and slash damage), and also Feathering. Therefore, a good defense against these types of damage will be advisable.

1. Feather shot - the boss will rise into the air, then flap her wing and shoot out feathers that will follow Wuchang.

1. Wing parry - the boss can hide behind her wing, creating a kind of shield. If you attack her, she will deflect your attack and deal heavy damage. If she is not attacked, after a while the opponent will strike.

1. Aerial charge - the boss will spin, take off into the air, and then fly towards Wuchang, trying to hit her with the weapon.
2. Two slashes - the boss will spin, covering herself with the wing, then make a slash. After a while, she will perform a similar attack again.

1. Projectile and quick slashes - Honglan first performs a slash from a distance, then she fires a red projectile in a straight line, then she files into the air and when she falls, Honglan will perform a lot of quick slashes around herself.

How to defeat Vermilion Feathers - Honglan?

Focus mainly on attacking the boss when she performs her attack - to make use of the Clash. Before attacking, it is also worth applying Needle - Leech to regain health, which will be depleted while exchanging blows. Do not attack the boss when she is hiding behind the red wing. Wait until she stops covering herself, dodging the attack and then attacking her. If you're not sure, you can also use 1 Skyborn Might to use a weaker spell and deactivate the shield.

Approaching the boss from behind and attacking her will guarantee an Obliterate attack, so it's worth using this tactic. This will allow you to deal a lot of damage. Once such a move is successfully performed and the boss is on the ground, a series of light attacks will be perfect to obtain Skyborn Might.
