An episodic action platformer that deals with themes of love and loneliness. In Sea of Solitude you play as a young girl named Kay, who begins to transform into a dark monster one day. During her solitary journey across the flooded world Kay is trying to find out what exactly is happening to her. Soon she realizes that her true enemy are not monsters encountered on the way, but something much more powerful and dangerous. Gameplay in Sea of Solitude is presented in third-person perspective, and focuses on exploration, solving logic puzzles, and completing arcade challenges. The protagonist can run, jump, swim (or travel by boat), and move various objects in order to open a way for herself to hardly accessible places. Sea of Solitude stands out with its original graphics, resembling an animated motion picture. The game also conveys a deeper meaning, the message being that a desperately lonely person may gradually become a monster.

Set in a science fiction world, an old-school first-person shooter in a retro style inspired by similar productions from the 90s. In this debut project of Pixel Titans, you take control of a scavenger who suddenly loses a huge space cruiser ICARUS from his radar during one of the scouting missions. He decides to see what is wrong and ends up having to fight for his life on the deck of this humongous ship. Mechanically, Strafe is a dynamic, hard-core shooter in which you have to constantly fight, move, and dodge attacks in order to survive. Additionally, the death of the hero requires you to start everything from the beginning. The diverse locations you visit are, to some degree, procedurally-generated. To make the struggle easier, you get to choose one of three types of weapons, which you can upgrade as you progress. The title also features a simple crafting system and trading.

A freemium strategy game for mobile devices published by Acquire, the producer of such series as Tenchu and Way of the Samurai. The creators drew their inspirations from other classic mobile games, such as Clash of Clans. Like other games representing this genre, Fort Raiders SMAAASSH! Divides its gameplay into two parts - the first one being the process of developing the titular forts, which are later on used by players to face the guardians of the mysterious Temple in the Clouds and reach its top floor. What distinguishes this game from other ‘Clash of Clans’ clones is the implementation of the side perspective accompanied by the 2D visuals. Forts can be developed upwards with stairs, bridges, and some additional strategic infrastructure including defensive structures, traps, and watchtowers. The fort development process goes in line with training an army and gathering resources one can use during battles. When in combat, the player is tasked with razing enemy forts to the ground, both the AI-controlled and those belonging to other players. Moreover, one can call upon the mercenaries - who feature some special abilities themselves - to help the player's army.

Etrian Mystery Dungeon is a spin-off of the popular jRPG series Etrian Odyssey from the Spike Chunsoft studio, a Nintendo handheld video game series. The plot plays a secondary role in Etrian Mystery Dungeon. We play as a group of adventurers who arrive in Aslarga, a town located near the titular labyrinth. The game uses the same formula and gameplay mechanics as other installments of the series. We have a team of ten heroes, each of them representing one of the ten classes and professions known from Etrian Odyssey. Each location we enter is generated procedurally. We observe the game from an isometric point of view. Gameplay focuses on dungeon exploration and turn-based combat. Unlike in similar games of the genre, all heroes and monsters in Etrian Mystery Dungeon move and take part in action at the same time, forcing players to have a good strategy and predict the enemy movement in order to achieve victory.

The story takes the player to the mysterious Blackwood Manor, where the female protagonist died years ago. Her name was Abigail, and her spirit has been summoned once again. The protagonist has to find out what happened here after she died, and what was the cause behind the Manor's abandonment. The game employs the popular point-and-click mechanics and the gameplay itself consists mainly of exploration and puzzle solving. However, the game is innovative in several aspects, simply because the protagonist does not have a body anymore. Thus, as a spirit, she is capable of traveling through walls, ceilings or floors. Accessing different locations is by no means problematic, which applies to hidden areas as well. Consequently, the game does not feature a standard inventory, for the spirit can possess an item in order to use it in puzzle solving instead.

A sports game with a minimalist style, inspired by the arcade 8-bit games. The game is marked by an unusual production process – the final form of the game has been developed thanks to the suggestions from the fans, who unceasingly provided the developers from Other Ocean with their ideas, while the developers have brought them into existence. The game puts a strong emphasis on the multiplayer experience. Players compete against each other in an arena, and they are tasked with putting the ball in the opponent’s goal. The gameplay somewhat resembles a futuristic crossover of basketball, soccer, and BomberMan. The players can face each other in two configurations – 1 vs 1, and 4 vs 4. Most importantly, the ‘no holds barred’ rule applies during the game, which means nothing is standing on one’s way to knock the opponent down, blow up a considerable part of the arena, or use a jetpack. The whole situation gets even more complicated by the fact that each goal is scored on a scale from 1 to 5, depending on the shooting position and the number of acquired multipliers. The game works with Twitch, allowing the players to stream their matches, during which the audience can influence the result of the game, e.g. by activating certain power-ups. #IDARB also features an editing tool for any new pieces of content.

Mobius Final Fantasy is a free-to-play spin-off of the popular jRPG series from Square Enix, released for PC and mobile devices. We play as an amnesiac hero, who is said to be the prophesied Warrior of Light. Our protagonist goes on a dangerous journey to prove his worth and save the world. Gameplay is based on a series of turn-based battles. The campaign is linear, but we can choose our skill set before every mission. When in combat, we use various weapons, abilities, and element-based special attacks that we have to choose wisely to counter our enemies. As we play, we get better equipment, level up our abilities, and gain new ones. Mobius Final Fantasy is a fully-voiced game, set in a three-dimensional world.

Crazy and humorous platformer on the license of Adventure Time, a popular TV series broadcasted by Carton Network channel. This time dog Jake and his companion Finn find a sketchbook of Doodle Wizard, which they use to create their own worlds and stories, meaning they can take part in the most incredible adventures they can imagine. At first the title looks like classic platform game, offering well-designed levels, a lot of collectibles and many enemies that try to hinder our progress. However, it quickly turns out that the game’s main feature is its powerful editor, based on the Pixel Press technology. This allows us to transfer objects drawn by hand on a sheet of paper to the game, which is done by scanning with a smartphone or tablet camera, letting the players add anything they want and then place the Adventure Time’s heroes there and live a unique adventure. Additionally, the editor features more traditional options, and the players can share their creations with others.

The new story campaign includes twenty missions, in which the Salamanders attempt to retrieve the precious Tomes of Fire and punish those who profaned them. The Salamanders expansion introduces new special abilities and tactical options building on the Salamanders squad members’ biggest advantage – Fire Resistance trait resulting from their modified DNAs. Action, World War II, Singleplayer, Shooters, TPP.

A three-dimensional World War II shooter developed by Gameloft. The main protagonist is Sergeant Wright, who after landing in Normandy continues the military offensive on territories occupied by the Nazis. He is accompanied by a small group of men, each member of which has unique equipment and skills. The game features only a story campaign, which consists of eight missions. During them the player participates in open shootouts with enemies and performs stealth missions. The action is presented with a third-person perspective – the first-person perspective is used only while precisely aiming. Because of that and the presence of a cover system, despite the large number of enemies the action is rather slow paced. During the fights the player can use special attacks (like an airstrike, rockets, Molotov’s cocktails) and the gameplay mechanics feature RPG traits like statistics upgrading and developing the skills of members of the squad.

A continuation of a wacky 2D platform shooter, which in terms of mechanics resembles classic games such as Contra and the iconic Metal Slug series. Developed by OrangePixel, the game delivers even more chaos caused by countless bullets, enemies, and explosions making it impossible for a player to calmly analyze the situation on the screen. Luckily, throughout consecutive stages, there are numerous first-aid kits, which are able of healing even a nearly dead hero. Completing the main campaign is not very problematic, even though it has been divided into 56 separate levels. A much bigger challenge is posed by the Arcade mode, in which the player (with only one life) is tasked with covering the longest distance possible. The game features a style typical for other games developed by OrangePixel – simple, 2D visuals are not too elaborate, however, because of the dynamic gameplay, the player does not have much time to notice that.
