Cyberpunk Phantom Liberty: DLC launch

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty expansion introduces a new story campaign and activities in the Dogtown district, seamlessly integrated into the main game. You can start the expansion by loading old saves, beginning a new game with patch 2.0+, or selecting the Start with Phantom Liberty option, which provides a level 15 V tailored for the DLC. This allows immediate access without completing the base prologue.

The first quest, Dog Eat Dog, begins after a call from Songbird, inviting you to Dogtown. The expansion does not demand a high-level character; level 15 is recommended, though stronger enemies marked with skull icons appear. To handle these, engaging in side quests and contracts helps level V quickly.
