Cyberpunk 2077: Multiplayer

This page of the guide to Cyberpunk 2077 includes the most important information about the multiplayer mode. You will learn, e.g. how does the multiplayer look like and whether it is possible to complete the entire campaign with others.

1. Cyberpunk 2077 can be completed in single-player mode. We currently have no information on any future plans about combining single and multiplayer modes (e.g. solutions similar to those found in the last two Mass Effect games).
2. The multiplayer mode won't be available on the release of Cyberpunk 2077. It will be added at a later time. CD Projekt RED wants to focus primarily on completing the main campaign and preparing story expansions.
3. The authors of Cyberpunk 2077 consider adding microtransactions to the multiplayer mode. Microtransactions will be limited to the multiplayer mode.
4. Currently, we have no general information about the multiplayer. We can only guess that it will offer unique content, it won't offer co-op gameplay nor the option to play the single-player campaign together with another player.
