Cyberpunk 2077: How to hide weapons?

Your character in Cyberpunk 2077 often pulls out his weapon on his own. After the fight is over, V stays in the weapons in his hands. So it is worth to find out how to hide your weapon. On this tutorial page, we describe two ways of hiding weapons - pressing the right button and using the item wheel.

Keyboard shortcut

You can hide the weapon using the button to pull out the weapon - but you must press it twice. Depending on the platform you play on, the default buttons are as follows:

PC
PS4 / PS5
Xbox One / Xbox Series S / Xbox Series X

Item wheel

Another way to hide your weapon in Cyberpunk 2077 is to select the icon of the crossed-out pistol in the item wheel. You will open the item wheel with a button for pulling out and hiding the weapon - but this time you have to hold it.
