Can you enable third-person view?
Let's get straight to the point: in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 there is no option to enable third-person view. The entire game was designed for a first-person view. The devs did not implement an alternative camera in the game and all activities such as combat, exploration, crafting or horse riding will be performed from Henry's perspective.
The camera changes its orientation only during dialogues and cutscenes.
Thanks to the use of the first-person perspective, the game gains in immersion. Observing all the minor mechanics from the hero's perspective allows for a better immersion into the historical universe and appreciation of the realistically recreated activities. Even if you normally shy away from first-person view, in KCD 2 it's worth giving it a shot.
