A young boy by the name of Lucas and a crazy scientist called Otto are the only ones capable of defeating the invaders.

One of the employees is the game's protagonist, who tries to stop the villain and save his co-workers.

By some accident, the heroes get literally bound together, which enables them to exchange their masses. Gameplay of Shift Happens consists in traveling through colorful locations, collecting valuable coins, and solving more and less demanding puzzles which require close cooperation between the two heroes.

Super Bomberman R is another game in the popular Bomberman series and a launch title for the Nintendo Switch, developed by Konami. The game has 3D visuals, but we observe the action from the classic top-down perspective. We play as the titular Bomberman, and our job is to eliminate enemies we encounter on various maps with the bombs at our disposal. Even though the gameplay mechanics are not that complex, a more tactical approach is needed when entering new levels.

1-2-Switch is an original party game developed by Nintendo for Switch, their newest console. Gameplay is based on two-person competition - players take part in various contests, playing as pirates, gunslingers, and other characters. What makes 1-2-Switch stand out from the crowd of other similar games is that we are not watching the screen while playing, but facing our opponent face to face. Thanks to that unique approach, the screen is used mostly for showing the score.

The game takes place in a hostile post-industrial realm filled with complicated machinery. The game's title is a blend of the protagonists names. The other one, Laylee, is a bat who can use sonic attacks.

The protagonist is a red-bearded Viking called Sigurd, whose biggest dream is to enter Valhalla. A package containing ten classic arcade games from the 1980s, which were developed by the titular company. The compilation includes both games which became icons of pop-culture over the years (Pac-Man, Galaga, Galaga '88) and less known, though still classic titles (Dig Dug, The Tower of Druaga, Rolling Thunder, Rolling Thunder 2, Sky Kid, Splatterhouse, Tank Force). The Japanese developer did not decide to improve the audiovisuals or implement extended graphical settings.

An extended edition of The Metronomicon - a PC game, which came out in 2016. This new version was enriched with an expansion pack Slay the Dance Floor and released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Importantly, owners of the PC edition received the DLC for free. The game is a mixture of an RPG and a rhythm game, such as e.g. Guitar Hero. The player is given an opportunity to assume control of a team comprised of different characters fighting to the rhythm of music.

What’s interesting, the production does not feature any text or dialogues, which gives a lot of room for interpretation.

In Cuphead, we assume the role of a gambling addict that loses his soul to the devil during one of his sessions. To retrieve it, he needs to work off its equivalent. When it comes to mechanics, the game is a 2D fighting game with a degree of platforming elements – we participate in continuous 1v1 fights, taking place on special 2D arenas.

A Hat in Time lets us play as Hat Kid, a girl who travels in time, fights villains and solves numerous puzzles. During the campaign, we visit five varied worlds and try to foil the plan of Mustache Girl. Hat Kid uses a special umbrella that acts as e.g. parachute, weapon and even propeller.

In general the gameplay focuses on fighting other players. The game supports local and online multiplayer for up to four players.

Sonic Forces utilizes the third person perspective. Like in the previous games of the franchise, you traverse the maps full of obstacles and enemies, and collect golden rings.
