List of chapters in Ghost of Yotei

The story of Ghost of Yotei consists of the prologue and three chapters.

  1. The prologue is fairly short, taking about half an hour to complete. You’ll learn the combat basics and face the first story boss, who's much less challenging than the ones who come after.
  2. Chapter One kicks off a moment after unlocking the world map, that is, visiting Atsu’s house and going through a few flashbacks. This chapter spans the majority of the game and can take dozens of hours to complete. In Chapter One alone, Atsu will explore five of six regions and take down multiple main story bosses.
  3. Chapter Two kicks off after gaining access to the game's final region, the Oshima Coast. Though small, this area is bursting with new content and has several main bosses to take on.
  4. Chapter Three kicks off after coming back from the Oshima Coast to the starting area, the Yotei Grasslands. This short chapter wraps up the campaign, containing the game's finale and the final boss fight.
