Does Ghost of Yotei have fast travel?

Yes, Ghost of Yotei has a fast travel mechanic. It's available almost from the very beginning. Simply complete the prologue and you will move to the open world map.

How does fast travel work?

1. Fast travel allows you to instantly teleport to previously visited named locations marked on the map.
2. Enemy locations (e.g. camps) must be liberated before you can teleport to them.
3. You can fast travel to almost any location on the map. However, it will be blocked during combat and during scripted, story-oriented sections (e.g. quests).
4. Fast travel is free. You don't waste any resources.

1. To fast travel, hover the cursor over the target you're interested in and then press the Triangle.
2. Larger locations (e.g. inns) even let you choose the exact location you want to travel to (e.g. the main entrance, a specific merchant's stall).
