The titular teenagers are the characters the players assume control of in the game, supported by mysterious Zordon. The heroes have to face the forces of evil represented by the ominous Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd - they want to destroy the Earth and try to achieve it by sending in more and more powerful monsters.

After death, the protagonist’s consciousness is transferred to a computer matrix which allows him to take control of the robots present on site. The task he has to perform is to annihilate all hellish creatures and stop an incoming catastrophe.

You can use e.g. pistols, machine guns, shotguns, explosives and grenades. There are also various power-ups to use.
